Funding property with a loan
We are passionate about helping those with funds to invest in Kingdom and mission projects by placing loans into property for key Christian Workers.
Helping to finance a shared ownership
Your loan (on an equity or standard loan basis) will help a key Christian worker to buy a property of their own on a shared ownership basis. (link to shared ownership information?)
Helping to finance a property for rent
We can combine your loan (equity or standard (up to 1.5% interest) loans) with others to buy a share in a property to house a key Christian worker at an affordable rent level.
Help towards housing costs
Through a donation to our Housing Support Fund, you can help key Christian workers (KCW) to meet any shortfall in their monthly rental payments for a short period of time. This fund also provides tenancy deposit loans. We can also use donations to lower the costs of a shared ownership for the KCW.
Give or lend a property
Loan a property for rent
If you have a spare property in London, then we can use it to provide a key Christian worker with affordable housing. We can help you to find the right tenants and we can manage the property on your behalf. We recommend that the rental level is affordable (max 80% of market price).
Gift a property
If you have a property that you would like to be used for mission, we will gratefully accept the gift of a property to be used to help house key Christian workers in London.
We usually have more people looking for accommodation than we are able to help. We can match you with key Christian workers looking for affordable rent.
Leave a legacy
Whether you leave a financial gift or a property in your will, it will be used to bless future generations of key Christian workers and advance their work for the Gospel in London.
Make a donation
By making a one-off gift or giving a regular donation, you can help us to continue providing support and advice for key Christian workers, churches and Christian organisations. The cost to of a shared ownership purchase is approximately £5,000 – a donation towards that cost will greatly help the applicant to bring purchase costs down.
