There are a number of schemes in London that provide housing for ‘key workers’. This usually means teachers, police or nurses with relatively low incomes who have a job that makes a significant contribution or impact on the community.
In a similar way we focus on ‘key Christians’ engaged in ministries which will have a significant spiritual impact on a particular area or community in London.
We recognise that all of us can be key Christian workers: We all have a chance to unlock potential in individuals and communities. But our particular focus is on those called to work in areas of real social deprivation, where need is greater and resources are few. Christian ministry can have a huge positive impact on a person, a family, a church, a community, a neighbourhood, a city.
