We take our responsibilities seriously

  • Mission Housing is the operating name of Mission Housing Ltd.

  • We are a Registered Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society’s Act 2014 with charitable status.

  • We are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (No. 17128R). We report annually to the FCA. However, we are not regulated by the FCA. Download our 2022 Annual Report and Accounts.

  • We are members of the National Residential Landlords Association, and Judi Feasey (our Operations Manager and Company Secretary) is an accredited landlord with the London Landlords Accreditation Scheme. She is also a qualified company secretary.

  • We take safeguarding seriously. Read our policy here.

  • We are part of the Housing Ombudsman Scheme – please see our Complaints Procedure for more information. Our complaints procedure is for any type of complaint you would like to make to Mission Housing, not just housing-related complaints.

  • Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting it. Our privacy policy aims to clearly explain how and why we use the personal data you give us and demonstrates our compliance with current data protection legislation.
