I’m a leadership coach, a worship leader, and a church planter with 40 years of experience in urban pastoral ministry. Together with my wife Julie we have planted and led several churches (we are currently working on a new plant) and helped initiate and run several community projects, including a community Primary School, a successful High Street Art Gallery, and an award-winning Cafe.

We both love to coach and support leaders in their journey of mission and discipleship and are regular speakers in churches and conferences both here and overseas. I was founder leader of The Well Community Church in Camberwell and am founding director of REACH London. I serve on the Pioneer Network London regional leadership team and I am the founder and chair of Transform Southwark, / Southwark For Jesus, a charity and unity network in the borough.

I love a good guitar riff and occasionally play lead guitar in rock/ blues bands.

We are one of the earliest beneficiaries of Mission Housing and have always been great fans of this charity which enabled us to raise a family and do mission in the inner city all these years from a secure base.
