Richard is an architect and educator, and co-founder of Gatti Rhodes Architects. He joined the board of Affordable Christian Housing in 2012, and is also involved with Foodbank and wider housing and homelessness charities. He worships at Grace Church Hackney.

ACH transferred its engagements to Mission Housing on 30th June 2014.
