Yvonne has a background in multi-currency accounting and studied at London School of Theology (91 to 94). She moved to North Wales to manage an outdoor pursuits company in 1996 where she started her investing journey by renovating a derelict property. After spending 7 years renovating properties whilst also working as a Specialist in Reward and Benefits (Yvonne is Chartered MCIPD) she started her own business coaching and mentoring property investors in 2006 (Yvonne Emery Coaching). She has since built a significant portfolio of Houses in Multiple Occupation and other Buy to Let properties and now mentors others to build property businesses and property portfolios. Yvonne is a professional speaker and travels the country teaching and training investors.

In 2009 she was privileged to be involved in setting up the Homelessness charity ‘Hope Into Action’ which helps Churches to house the Homeless. She is a Founding Trustee and continues to be on the board 10 years later, continuing to contribute to its success.

Yvonne joined the board of Mission Housing in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience in Housing and HR.
