Crystal loves to journey with people, helping and supporting them when they approach Mission Housing. She enjoys speaking with those who first come into contact with us, - a potential lender, tenant, shared owner or supporter, or those who just need some housing advice.

Crystal has a working background in Christian media, para-church ministry and the Christian worship scene serving a broad-Church vision since 1993 in various admin management roles in office, marketing and event management.

She has been in church leadership since her teens, and qualified in 2014 (Dip HE) in Ministerial Theology and was licensed as a Reader (Licensed Lay Minister) in the Church of England, and is heavily involved in her church in Catford, SE London in the Southwark Diocese. Most importantly she is Mum to “an extraordinary teenager”!

Crystal supports accepted applicants with their loan-raising campaigns as well as liaising with potential lenders and funders until purchase. She enjoys speaking to those who make contact with Mission Housing who are in housing need, and also works on communications and online activity.
