Funding opportunities
Here are some of the key Christian workers we’re helping. Could you provide a loan to enable them to live in the community they are seeking to serve?
Unfortunately, Mission Housing currently does not have capital available to contribute to a purchase. All loans / funding must be sourced by the accepted applicant.
The new opportunities are first-time applicants who have been approved by Mission Housing to become future shared owners. They are looking for lenders to bring them to a position to be able to offer on a property.
The existing opportunities are current shared owners who are looking for new lenders to replace lenders in their property due to the repayment of their loans. The majority of our lenders renew their loan after their term ends, but some need repaying. We work with shared owners continually to keep their property financed.
